1. I got promoted at work (Increment that I get to enjoy for a month only)
2. Went to watch TVXQ's 3rd cocnert twice in BKK (Totally Worth IT!!)
3. Went to Seoul after 3 years on our own and first family holiday after god knows how many years
4. Going back to school (Totally unforseen haha)
5. Seeing my beloved TVXQ in a jeopardy (upsetting)
6. Didnt BUY A SINGLE BRANDED BAG AT ALL (Cannot believe it)
7. Finally joined Facebook (What a Shame)
Ok la to be fair 2009 was a fairly good year personal wise. But I dont really enjoy it. It wasnt a fulfilling year neither was it a year that I didnt get to do the things I want to do.
For once, I am finally going to end my education, Masters is the last I ever want to do.
2010, hopefully will be a better year although I wont be spending it in Singapore and I will only have a goal in mind, STUDY!
So to everyone out there, a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!! and may 2010 be a better year ahead!!

The following conversation made my blood boil a little, nothing new, but it was very insulting in my own opinion
So me and my primary school friends went out yesterday and met up with this other friend who happens to be in UK as well studying some kind of shit that I dun want to know.
He so easily commented on the school I go to, I am not attending some prestigious university in UK but at least one that is reputable and recognised in the field of biomedical science. So he started commenting on how and why I chose that school.
Ladies and gentlemen, seriously, is it that important to look at what school you go to. By the end of the day your cert is just going to put ur name on it with the field of study you are doing.
For me, the ultimate goal is to attain a higher level of education irregardless of the school. The school that I went to happens to be the "lousier" Manchester University, but so what, those good universities are not doing courses that I am interested in even if my mother fucking grades are well above the rest of my cohort, but then again, I probably wont be half happy attendind to the prestigous counterparts when I know will be so full of those "rich Singaporeans kids" who thinks that they are rich and almighty like you.
For all that I care if u want to find a girlfriend from those bunch of snobs because I am not giving a damn about it. But do you even need to go so low to comment that you will never want a wife from "those universities"
Humans are too superficial, or rather you are too superfical. Paper qualification doesnt mean everything. So what if ur future wife attends a prestigious university, but ended up becoming your stay homed wifey. And so what if I didnt want to attend those universities, bcos personally I think I can live of better by attending a regular one with people who are NOT SNOBBISH and people who stand on their two feet firmly on the ground all the time.
I hope he eat back his words in the future years. If he is going to marry someone of a "lower education background" then I know for sure that life is always fair.

After almost 2 hours of flight delay, stuck in a plane, defrosting of the plane cos it was snowing, and survivng the fucking -2 weather to get out of the coach to get onto the plane, YES THERE WERENT ANY AVAILABLE GATES!!! SO LIKE BUDGET TERMINAL LIKE THAT CAN!! then 12 hours non stop of eating chips, and on off sleeping, I finally touched down at sunny singapore.
My dearest Yew Yew and Mona went to the airport to meet me, take me to Changi Village for Brekkie then I was sent home.
Slpt till 5 until lao karen woke me up cos we are meeting at half 6!! So I was late la.. Then surprise surprise, santa came early, and another friend of my who was in Orchard coincidentaly gave me a small but needed gift, a winter beanie!!
I was going to get that when I return to UK, but guess not now heeh..
Ok then woke up at 5 am today, feeling hungry and not tired at all.
3 weeks of break with 2 assignments to do.. what a holiday!!
