It's been quite a long time since I shopped like mad. I didn't buy alot, just a few clothes from Mango. But managed to catch up with my poly's best friend Karen...

Went with her for her health checks before she leaves for Aussie. Shopped in AX, wanted to buy a top, but sadly, it didn't had my size. Shopped in Mango. Bought 2 bottoms and a top.

Went to Coffee Club to eat dinner, then went to Far East. Found nothing nice there... sad...

Anyways, Karen will be leaving next month, so sad, I guess I will miss her for sure.... But soon, I will be leaving too. Oh ya and my sis is coming back on thursday.. Oh dear, have to share my room again... sad....

Recently, my friend asked me why am I still single.

Reason, easy, men, expecially Singaporean men are becoming wimps and too spoilt. My trip to Korea had made me realise that I was right. Just look at their up bringing, no wonder women are standing tall now in Singapore,

Boys + mummy = less spoilt
Boys + maid = BRATS!!

See my cousin, though only 9 yrs old, (He's 10 this year but refuses to admit that he is 10, so girl!!) , made my blood boil to about 100 degress C during that trip. He's so spolit to the extend even his mother has problem handling him. But, he's not the worst case scenerio.

Today, I was on the bus, this fucking kid, barely reaches my hip, pushed ME!! What the fuck!! Where's your bloody manners boy. So wanted to give his mother 2 tight slaps.

I have no idea what they will be like when they grow older, will they still be so dependent on their maid, will they treat their mummies like maid, or history will repeat itself in their own son??

Me, thinks that Singaporean men have become less significant in Singapore. Women, have stand out in recent years to prove to those male chauvinists that women are better. Yes, I am a feminist but I am not lesbian okay.

Just can't stand spolit brats.

Oh ya I will never get married to a Korean man, and also men being brought up by maids.
Bought 2 packets of dried octopus which are damn delicious.

But sad, thought I could finally indulge in them but when I open the container, there's moulds in them!!!!!!!!

Day 5

Last day in Korea. Kind of sad, I was only starting to get to know the others and we are heading home. The place was nice, my tour was great tahnks to the very dedicated tour guide , his assistant as well as the driver. The people in my grp were big fun and very considerate. That's what make this trip the best overseas trip for me so far.

Oh ya the hotel we stayed in, has got some major telephone problem. My aunt didn't get her morning call so were many others. In the end, we were delayed for about 35 mins to wait for a family who didn't get the morning call as well.

We finally didn't have American breakfast. We had traditional chinese porriage for breakfast. We then headed to a local goodies shop. I spent almost S$100 in that shop alone. No wonder the people were so nice, helped us pack all the stuff into a carton.

We reached the airport about 2 hrs before our plane flies. Bad bad check in procedure. You see, In singapore, when you checked in to get your boarding pass, you will also check in your luggage. That's not the case for Korea, these 2 procedures are done in seperate counters causing massive human jams and wasting lots of time, with only 2 luggage check in counters available, their slow service will sure cause us our flight. But luckily our tour guide was smart enough to get us to an express lane.

We went through the immigration. Usually, we get our passport stamped before we had our hand carries checked. But in Korea, they checked out carriers, even my shoes!! What the fuck!!
Never mind, that was not the worst. The immigration qeue was a madness!! It's like in singapore people queueing for some freebies queue. We managed to get to a short one but the woman ws under training and she is so SLOOOOOW!!! Fed up, another man opened a new counter and asked us to queue there and commented that she's new and she's slow haha.

The airport is like Singapore's, alot of gates. Ours was gate 23. So I saw gate 26 right in front of me, I thought, hey won't have to walk so far... WRONG!! we walked for about 5 mins then we reached gate 23.

But even when we boarded the plane just 15 mins before take off, the plane was delayed bcos of the immigration.

Reached Sg at 6.30pm... shag man... tired... but fun real fun

Day 4

Hectic day. Visited so many places on that day until I can't remember where I went and the order. Oh ya and I found out that the hotel we were staying was really in the red light district. Oh god!!! How can the Tour agency be so irresponsible to put us stay in that place. Never mind that...

Day 4 was really fun. As in funny. My aunt happened to talk to those grp of youngters, Liwen and gang and dug out some gossips while we were touring the Amethyst shop.

See this guy in my tour group was kinda "interested" in me. So, he thought my name was Joyce, he started to name himself John. When he knew my name was Karen, he named himself Kenny. But when the others knew his real name was Ariell, they started calling me Antenna. So funny!! Oh at first, he thought I was younger than him, so he told some girls, I will like mature guys like him. But then when he knew my age, he said I will like young boys like him!! My god so BHB!! Then I started telling everyone I was a lesbian and Liwen sponatneously said I am her gf haha so funny. Then Ariell defended himself by saying he was gay and he likes Tommy!! So the entire day was spent in teasing both of us.

Oh ya and we managed to ask Tommy whether his eyelids, dimples and nose were real. He said Yeah. Hah I dun believe so I told him Korean dun look like that. Guess what he said, he said he was super Korean.. Oh my god another BHB one...

The end of the day was the most memorable, why got to go shopping what. We shopped at Sinchon, bought quite alot of shirts for myself.

We then headed back to the hotel. Oh the hotel was only 15 mins away from Dondaemum so we managed to do some 4 hrs of shopping. The place open from 10.30am to 5 am... HAPPY!!!

Breakfast: AMerican (give up)
Lunch: Ginseng chix (YUMMY the best meal!!)
Dinner: Seafood fried rice and seafood soup (good)
Oh god... Blog until late yesterday but only managed to finish 2 days...

Hey comes day 3

Day 3

Ok day 3, we returned to Seoul (can't wait). But before we went to Seoul, we went to this shopping district (dunno what name) to shop. I thought, finally I will get to buy something nice for myself. WRONG!! It's so expensive!! No one will believe me I tell you. I saw a Puma bag which sells S$69 in Singapore, In korea, Pls kindly make a guess....

IT'S DOUBLE!! about S$120

Wanted to puke man. So expensive. So in the end, gave up all the shops and went to eat lunch.

Lunch was good, very nice. But one big problem. The 3 naughty kids from my family refuses to eat!! ARH!! Irritating. My poor aunt got to spent more money buying them Macdonald's (again). By the way, only these 3 kids in my family refused to eat, the rest of the kids in the group guai guai ate those yummy stuff.

Anyway, then we went to Nami Island (the place where they shot Winter Sonata). The journey was quite rocky. My youngest cousin couldn't take it and puked (real vomit). My aunt's jacket, pants and shirt all kena, so was the seats. Yeah it stink but what to do, I helped to clean up a bit lor. We managed to wash her jacket in the toilet there and thanks to Li yan (a girl form our grp), she helped me to squeeze the jacket dry. Not very dry but at least not alot of water is leaking.

So we went to the Island. Nothing, only got a tomb. Really boring. Oh ya managed to talk to Tommy. Kapoh me asked him his age. I guessed he was 26 but he was 29. I was shocked cos he, up down left right, dun look a bit like 29 (I guess he is like me, we got baby face). He thought I was 16 Muahahaha so happy!!!!!!! Oh ya Liwen and Ariell also bet my age, both if them got it wrong. Finally, I feel young again!!

Oh ya and that Tommy really like my youngest cousin. He even teased her about her mole on the bottom right of her face as leftover seaweed in cantonese. So funny.

After that, we went to Dongdaemum. Alot of things to buy. But so ex!! Managed to get a few tops for myself, my mum and my friend, got a bag for myself. That's it. Didnt had enough time to shop.

We went back to our hotel. The hotel was situated beside alot of bars and pubs, no decent district I guessed. And guess what, I was right. While my aunts were calling home, I was asked whether I needed some fucking company. I mean REAL FUCKING COMPANY!! Fuming mad sia!! By not one but 2 men. The first was old and obviously horny, the second was younger but obviously lonely. Luckily the tour guide came to the rescue, if not, I can't guarantee his head will not hurt bad. So wanted to knock him out with my heavy luggage.

Anyways the room was pathetic, the toilet drainage system was a major problem. ARH!! Fuck that hotel...

Breakfast: American (Ok I had enough)
Lunch: Korean BBQ (yummy!!!)
Dinner: Jap food (nice!!)
Day 2

Day 2 was pretty much spent on the bus. My youngest cousin, got up early. Earlier then the morning call (which was at 7am Korean time). Breakfast was American. Weird cos I thought I was going to eat kimchi for breakfast. Koreans eat kimchi and stuff not only for lunch and dinner but breakfast as well.

Ok we took the bus to Mount Sorak. It took about 3 hrs. Before we reach there, we went to a fishing village. Bought lotsa things there.

We reached the mountain. It was drizzling. We took a cable car up, the ones like Singapore's except it's bigger and no seats. The route up to the mountain in which we had to climb, was really slippery, I almost slipped off. Luckily, I was holding on the those metal bars if not, you guys won't be able to see Karen again hahaha...

Oh ya we got up then saw nothing, it was too misty, then we got down. Oh ya at the foot of the mountain, there is a gorgeous Buddha statue. I took the pic on my hp. Will post it asap together with other pics.

Ok we went to our hotel. It was like a chalet. No shower foam, got a kitchen, a room and a living room. It also has a supermarket which stays open for 24 hrs. There's a spa nearby, didn't went, cos you must strip. See I paiseh what. LOL!!

Oh ya my cousin has got no bed cos this resort actually only provide tatami (traditional Korean mattresses). But we were lucky, the tour guide got us room with a bed in them so only my cousin has to sleep on the mattress. We went to the supermarket. I bought alot of chewing gum haha.

Breakfast: American (ok lor)
Lunch: Seafood soup (sucks. The pot was so shallow and they placed all the seafood in them causing it to overflow)
Dinner: Mushroom pot (yummy!!)

Ok tired now, I will continue my Day 3, 4 and 5 tmr..
Ok ok... here's my up date from my very first day to the last in Korea....

Day 1

Reached the Seoul-Incheon Airport at around 6.30am Korea time. Now I know why it was voted as one of the best arcitectural structure airport. It's only the arcitecture nice arh... not the people hor.. It's very spacious, and for the first time, I entered an airport that has alot of entry gates.

People there were rude, I always wonder are they deaf or dumb. They dun seem to know how to say, "excuse me." They will push you or tab you on your shoulders (so suay) to ask you to siam... but not saying excuse me.

Never mind, I can tolerate that. The biggest problem in all international airport except Singapore's: Slow immigration.

It took me more then 15 minutes to queue and get my bloody passport stamped.. ARH!!Irritating man!!

So finally got the luggages, got out and met the tour guide as well as his assistant, the so called cameraman of the grp. The tour guide (Mr Zhang) said it was too early, so we had to spent our remaining time in the airport (until 7am). Got to know that Macdonald's in Korea is really ex, almost S$9 for a meal, compared to S$6 in Singapore. And it taste funny..

Anyways, first stop, Everland. On our way there, we met this bus of crazy achool girls. I mean really crazy. Just imagine yourself chasing after your favorite artist and the bus you are in is right beside your idol's. get what I mean. I thought they saw some bloody superstar among us or what.. Haha but no, they were eyeing on Tommy (the korean tour guide's assistant). He, I wouldn't say is very handsome, just above average looks, was making these girls going gaga. That took place everytime our bus got beside theirs. But he, doesnt look like a korean. He has double eyelids, very sharp nose. I was so curious to ask whether those were real.

Anyway we reached Everland at around 9.15am, 15 mins before they open. Got to see their so called "opening ceremony".. Trust me, very dramatic. The place, very very magical like. It looked like Disneyland, but not quite a Disneyland. Anyways, the place was divided into 2, moutain top and bottom. We went to the bottom of the mouatian by sitting the so called Cable car. Not the ones going to Sentosa okay. It scary, your feet are free, nothing supporting them, letting your feet free. Me afraid of heights lah.. hehe

Oh ya all of their game attendents, snack bar people, wave like mad like that. Must show you the action personally. Ok first stop, we went to this ride to see Liger. Nope not a spelling error. This animal is a hybrid between a lion and a tiger living together at the Safari in Everland. Very beautiful creature I must say. Then saw many bears. So CUTE!!!! went crazy when I saw them.

Oh ya and I realise Korean men are all "paedeophilic" they like to pinch kids, including the youngest cousin of mine.

Oh ya I also went for another ride. A water one. Everyone got wet but I was all wet. Really wet.

It was sad that I couldn't ride those rollercoaster. If I were to go to Everland again, I will not go with Kids or aunties, non of them will go on rides with me... Sob...

Then we took another 3 hr bus ride to a Mountain resort. Really beautiful I tell you. THe hotel was part of a golf course and it was gorgeous. The view and the hotel. The room was huge and the lobby's toilet, was even CARPETED!!!!

At night, we went to a Casino nearby, I didnt go to the casino of cos, we went to watch the cabaret show. Not really fantastic, I almost feel asleep in there.

That's day 1

Breakfast: Macdonald's (sucks)
Lunch: Fried chix (fast food sucks) oh and you have to clear your own tray.. yikes
Dinner: Pork Cutlet rice (so-so)
This Korean trip to me si the most fufilling and the best trip I had ever been too...

The tour was great and that's bcos of the tour grp, tour guide, the guide assistant as well as the driver...

Now I am running out of time, will keep u guys updated later tonight...

She asked again," How about the sole."

I said," Sorry Camper dun have the policy to help you replace the soles."

Yesterday was the best day of my life in months.

Met up with: ZH, Jac, Ed, Eddie, Jiahao, Yuan Zhang, Mac, EC, Lee yen, Shujun and Eileen.

We went Suntec for dinner then down to Harry's for some drinks.

At sakae where we had our dinner, I was almost "frozen" to death. The guy kept shooting poor me really lame jokes. So lame that you want to kill them. So then, i decided to shoot them one myself. They stum for a while until i think it was jac or whoever ans it correctly.

In harry's the place was cool and all but kinda ex. Me, ZH and jac shared a jug of long island that cost 56 bucks and we only managed to divde it into like each of us having 11/2 cups. The three of us really talked alot, gossip will be a better word haha... But it was kinda cool to share with them stuff that only I knew.. Had a fantastic time there.

Then Mac and JH who drove, drove us all to Clementi for supper. I didn't eat wasn't hungry so I drink. Nothing much going on there. All of us were tired I guess.

Finally time to go home, Mac drove Eileen to Zouk (that girl no need to sleep de), then me home. met like 2 police stop but none of those policemen stop us though Mac got a big buang on the rear of his father's car (someone knocked onto the car while he was on his way to meet us).

Really had a great time... To ED, JH and ZH happy Army LIFE!!! hahaha

Oh my god, been sick for a good 5 days. Stubborn me, decided to go see a doctor today.

Oh saw ZH and Eileen yesterday... Wa ZH really put on alot of weight man, from 6 individuals pac to a pac that united into one.. haha. Poor thing

While closing the bloody shop, these 3 fuckers don't seem to know what "give way" means.
They happily blocked my bloody way while I am carrying the metal planks. (see me and metal planks are like water and oil.. We cannot dissolve in each other, Something must always happen when I am putting the planks)..

So anyway, they were blocking right, obviously, they saw me with the plank but they didnt give way... FUCKERS!! How I wish I can throw the planks on their faces so that they will be flatten and become the hum chee peng kind flat faces.. haha.. so bad of me..

Tmr off agaim, but was invited to go to a chalet, I wonder whether I will be able to go or not. Hopefully my throat listens to me hehe. Well my most likely last time to see the fellas before they go off to army and my last time to see Az before he sails off..
