Well, Singapore isnt a reputated country regarding it's customers' service but come to think about it again, there are just too many picky customers who are Singaporeans. 8:42 PM • Friday, July 14, 2006
If you think we have bad service, I beg to differ. Try Qantas people... Not because a dear friend of mine was "bullied" by their stuck up racist stewardess, but over all, I have taken so many airlines, Qantas is on top of my list for having the worst service ever!
Dear S, if I was in your shoes this is what I would do
1) Tell the stewardess that she has no right to scold you since you are a passanger, you paid for the flight, which partly becomes her salary and it's not your fault.
2) I would ask for the person in charge or even the captain to settle the problem. and even if it was settled, apologies not accepted!
3) I would write an official complaint letter to Qantas
4) I would write to Straits Times Forum regarding this incident..
Bottom line, I want people to know that racism still happens and they have bad service.
I will tarnish their bloody reputation because of a rude and ignorant stewardess
No wonder they always say, customers are always right...
